The Blackwing7’s combine vintage inspiration with modern glass creating bespoke and singular images with beautiful flaring and incomparable bokeh.

Our custom BLACKWING7 lens set have “T” tunings now. We are also adding the just announced Tribe7 Tuning Kit which will allow the swapping of front and rear elements to truly custom tune these lenses exactly how you want them. Imagine this. You control sharpness, contrast, roll-off, spherical aberration, field curvature, edge halation and flare. And modify until you get exactly what you are looking for. Holy cow! What a dream! 

The SKIN kits allow our custom “T” Tuned BLACKWING7 primes to take on a new range of cinematic expression, more reminiscent of the warmer CanonK35/FD thorium years era.

The SKIN kit replaces both front and rear lens elements of the BLACKWING7’s with new, specially formulated, amber coatings, creating warm golden glowing flares and gentle contrast. Modern lenses. Vintage vibes. Oh my!
